Invoice Home is a straightforward billing and invoicing service for small businesses and freelancers seeking to grow their business, one invoice at a time.
As Head of Graphic Design at Invoice Home, I acted as project manager for all graphic design projects, updated and improved the brand guidelines, managed a team responsible for the maintenance of 300+ invoice templates, and oversaw video content production. My responsibilities as marketing specialist included launching PPC campaigns in a new market, creating assets, and launching email marketing campaigns. Additionally, I played a crucial part in office setup during the company’s relocation to Austin and excelled in customer service.

Mascot
This mascot was created to narrate tutorial videos, appear in email marketing campaigns and do whatever else he can to help out.
The project brief requested a friendly and helpful mascot, pulling visual inspiration from characters like Mickey Mouse.

Originally created for social media, this video was edited using Adobe Premiere Pro, with the animated introduction being created in After Effects.
